Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE GIVEAWAY PERIOD.

OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO RESIDE IN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (OR THE LOCAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN THE JURISDICTION WHERE THE PARTICIPANT RESIDES, IF HIGHER THAN 18). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND IS ONLY VALID WHILE PRIZE SUPPLIES LAST.

The SC20 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Achronix Semiconductor Corporation, Great America Place, 2903 Bunker Hill Lane, Suite 200, Santa Clara, California 95054 (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of Sponsor in all matters relating to the Giveaway. The Giveaway will be take place on November 15, 2020, beginning at 8:00 AM PDT and ending November 19, 2020, at 3:00 PM PDT (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.

To participate in the Giveaway, you must complete all the following steps:

• Complete and submit the Sponsor’s survey online.
• Information collected includes contact details and FPGA user information

Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person during the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

Sponsor will select 1 winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. On or about November 24, 2020. Sponsor will notify the winners by email. For the name of the winner, send an e-mail to bobsiller@achronix.com. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Giveaway Period.

One (1) winner will win the following prize:

• A two-hundred and fifty dollar (USD 250) Amazon gift card

The total approximate retail value of all prizes offered in this Giveaway is $250.00.

Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. The prize is non-transferable and no prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value.

Each participant is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of a gift. All costs and expenses associated with gift acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of each participant.

By participating in this Giveaway, participant acknowledges and agrees that if participant wins a gift card, such gift card is subject to, and shall be used only in compliance with the applicable issuer’s terms & conditions.

Limitation of Liability

The officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Sponsor and its corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of this Giveaway (Sponsor, collectively with the foregoing, the “Giveaway Parties”) assume no liability and are not responsible for, and by entering the Giveaway you hereby waive and release the Giveaway Parties from, any and all actions, claims, damages, losses or injuries of any kind (collectively, “Claims”) arising in connection with the Giveaway and/or the receipt, use or misuse of any gift, including without limitation, Claims relating to: (i) the malfunction of any computer, hardware, or software; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) incorrect, delayed or inaccurate transmission or capture of any gift claims or other information or communications relating to the Giveaway, or the failure to capture or transmit any such information; or (iv) any errors in these Official Rules or other announcements or communications relating to the Giveaway. In the event of any ambiguity or error(s) in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or modify these Official Rules however it deems appropriate to correct any such ambiguity or error(s).

Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights

Without limitation to Sponsor’s rights to discontinue or modify the Giveaway for any reason, if the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway.

Privacy

Any personally identifiable information collected during a participant’s participation in the Giveaway will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees (i) for the administration and fulfillment of the Giveaway, (ii) as described in these Official Rules, and (iii) as set forth in Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.achronix.com/terms.
