Achronix offers a choice between Anthem HMO or PPO plans. Both plans offer an extensive nationwide provider network. A third option for California employees is provided through Kaiser, including both Northern and Southern California. All three plans offer a very low deductible and the premium for employees is paid at 100% by Achronix. We charge only $40 per payroll towards the premium for all of our enrolled dependents.
Achronix vision coverage is through Vision Service Plan (VSP) and offers both in-network and out of network providers, also with a nationwide network of providers. The plan offers (in-network) coverage for Exams, Lenses and Frames or Contact lenses every 12 months. The vision premium is covered at 100% by Achronix for employees and family.
Health and Wellness
Achronix encourages its employees and their family members to participate in wellness activities, which promotes a healthy lifestyle and allows you to do the best work for your career. Achronix reimburses employees for the costs of a wide range of fitness activities including gym memberships, sports classes, a weight loss program, acupuncture and massage therapy.
Our dental plan is provided by Delta Dental and is a PPO plan. This includes both in-network and out-of-network coverage with a nationwide provider network. In network is paid at 100% preventive, 80% basic and 50% major. This plan has a low deductible and a $2,000 annual maximum. Orthodontia services are also offered for eligible children with a lifetime maximum of $1,500. Achronix covers the premium at 100% for employees and family.
Achronix offers each employee life insurance in the amount of two times annual base salary at no cost to the employee. Additionally, each employee can purchase voluntary life insurance coverage for themselves and their family at a reduced cost through payroll deductions.
Achronix offers a 401(K) retirement savings plan, which includes Traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (post-tax) contribution choices along with a company match.
