Products/Services

Diverse building blocks to be used in ASIC implementations and that can be used in SoCs together with Achronix eFPGA and are proven or in production from 180nm to 3nm:

  • Fractional-N Ring PLL: General purpose frequency synthesizers with ultra-wide input and output frequency ranges, programmable and power/jitter tradeoff; Includes jitter-optimized variants for PCIe2/6 reference clock generation.
  • LC PLL: Compact and with excellent PPA suitable for high-end ADCs, DACs and SerDes. 0.1mm2, <10mW and <1ps broadband jitter.
  • OSC: Free-running oscillators without off-chip components generating clocks for automotive safety monitors, always-on and watchdog circuits.
  • XO: Crystal oscillators with programmable power and wide temperature range for automotive applications.
  • LVDS: Bi-Directional LVDS I/Os for clock and data sharing and DisplayPort AUX channels.
  • MPPMA: Multiprotocol SerDes PMAs supporting over 30 protocols including CEI 6G & 11G SR, MR, LR, Ethernet 10GBASE-X/S/K/R, PCIe Gen1/2/3/4/5, V-by-One HS/US, CPRI, PON, OTN/OTU, 3GSDI, JESD204A/B/C, SATA1-3, XAUI, SGMII.
  • ULLPMA: Latency Optimized SerDes PMAs with in-PMA latency below 1.3ns at 10.3Gbps supporting High-Frequency Trading applications in 40G, 40LP and 12FFC.
  • Targeted SerDes PMAs for various protocols including V-by-One, DisplayPort and JESD204.
