ASIC Backend Design Services
Signoff has completed physical design projects ranging from 180nm to TSMC7nm, GF 14nm LPE for its customers. The activities included Fullchip activities like Floorplan, IO planning, Partitioning, CTS Block level Place and Route, Fullchip Place and Route. Timing analysis. Signoff activities include fullchip timing, IR, Electromigration, Physical verification DRC, LVS DFM Formal verification. We can take end to end projects including MPW runs.
