Product Marketing Manager

Achronix is a privately held fabless corporation based in Santa Clara, California and offers high-performance FPGA solutions. Achronix's history is one of pushing the boundaries in the high-performance FPGA market. Achronix offerings include programmable FPGA fabrics, discrete high-performance and high-density FPGAs with hardwired system-level blocks, data center and HPC hardware accelerator boards, and best-in-class EDA software supporting all Achronix products.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Create compelling positioning, messaging and value proposition for the Achronix portfolio of hardware and software products
  • Develop customer-facing technical collateral including web content, white papers, presentations, webinars, videos and demonstrations
  • Create sales training to help the Achronix sales team understand how to position Achronix products into different customer segments
  • Research and position Achronix products in end market segments such as AI/ML, networking, wireless communications, automotive, storage and defense
  • Work as a team with internal and external stakeholders in marketing communications, applications, sales, product planning, Achronix partners, business development and external agencies to assist in the creation of marketing collateral
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that span online, print, press, in-person and virtual events.
  • Develop demand generation strategies that will create new sales opportunities and increase product awareness

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, including FPGA, ASIC, GPU, CPU and other emerging semiconductor technologies
  • Understanding of end-market applications that would utilize Achronix technology
  • Ability to create compelling marketing collateral such as web content, presentations, white papers, webinars, emails, press releases and product briefs
  • Self-starter and driven, ability to operate independently and within a team environment
  • Project management of multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Skilled in writing, creating PowerPoint presentations, representing complex ideas in graphics and text

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, CE or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus
  • Eight-plus years of experience in B2B product or corporate marketing role at a high-tech company, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Track record of developing successful marketing campaigns involving multiple stakeholders which drive new business opportunities
