The Speedster22i^TM FPGA Platform uses Intel's 22nm process technology -- the most advanced  in the world. Serving both high performance and high density applications, the Speedster22i Platform supports a wide range of embedded (hard) IP, including:

The Speedster22i Platform consists of 2 FPGA families. The Speedster22i-HP family is optimized for ultra high performance, while Speedster22i-HD is optimized for high density while still offering superior performance over other FPGAs.

With up to 700k LUTs capable of 1.5GHz operation, the Speedster22i-HP is the natural progression of the High Performance Leader - Speedster FPGA Family. While delivering ultra high performance, the Speedster22i-HP family addresses the challenges of high performance applications in telecommunication, networking, computing, imaging, government systems and test and measurement.

Achieving densities up to 2.5M LUTs, the Speedster22i HD Platform combines Intel's 22nm process technology with Achronix architectural innovations, yielding larger, faster, yet lower cost devices than are available in 28nm. The superior performance and density of the Speedster22i-HD family provides a cost effective alternative to other FPGAs and ASICs.
